It is an industry-focused Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP] application that is based on modern technologies. CompassPlus™ was developed based on best available standard practices. It is our flagship software.

The software is fully compliant with International Financial Reporting Standard [IFRS] for non-Government Companies. Also, it is fully compliant with International Public Sector Accounting Standard [IPSAS] for Government Entities at all levels and supports Flexible Single Treasury Account Management.

CompassPlus™ is a highly robust and intuitive application that provide a single platform for enterprise processes automation and data integration. It is multi-company, multi-currency and multi-location. Currently, CompassPlus™ has six [6] sub-systems that are seamlessly integrated together:

BRMS - Business Relationship Management System covers all aspect of business relationship such as customers, vendors, regulatory authorities, counterparties for treasury operations, etc.

COMS – Core Operations Management System is industry-specific and is dependent on the industry of the clients using CompassPlus™. Areas currently covered include Governance Information Management (e-government), Non-Profit Information Management System, Financial Services Core Operations Management – General Insurance, Pensions Administration, Patient Information Management, Membership Management, Stock/commodities brokerage administration, Portfolio Management, Manufacturing Requirements/Resources Planning, Production Management and Control.

LOMS – Logistics Management System covers the supply chain part of any business. Functional areas currently supported include Materials/Inventory Management, Sales and Ordering Management [Including Point-Of-Sales, e-Commerce, Invoicing etc], Procurement Administration [Purchase Order, Invoicing, etc] and Stores/Warehousing Management.

HRMS – Human Resources Management System covers the entire Human capital administration processes of any organisation. Functional areas supported include customizable appraisal management, career management including succession planning capability, records & activities, leave management, medical administration, payroll administration and biometrics-based identity management. It also comes with a robust employee self-service platform.

FIMS – Financial Information Management System covers the entire financial management processes of any type of business entity. Functional areas supported include Chart of Accounts management, General Ledger Interfacing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash book Management [Receipts / Payment Voucher administration], Billing, Journal Posting, Budgeting, Fixed Asset Administration with RFID-based tracking capabilities, and Treasury Operations [Equity, Fixed-Income Securities, FX trading, Commodities and Real Estate or Investment Property]. It also caters for flexible financial reporting capabilities for both private [profit and non-profit] and public sectors. Specific reports currently supported include amongst others:- statement of financial position [Balance Sheet], statement of comprehensive income, income statement, statement of changes in equity, statement of cash flows [direct and non-direct formats], etc. This sub-systems supports multiple accounting standards on the same database.

FIMS has an IFRS/ IPSAS plug-in reporting module which can ‘sit’ on top of any Accounting System to generate IFRS/ IPSAS financial reports.

SYSCON – System Administration covers the parameters maintenance and configuration processes of the entire application. It ensures flexibility and insulation against internal/external policy changes.

This is our web-based Solution for Pension Administration. The solution is a highly flexible and parameter driven Pension System that supports Retail and Wholesale Pension Schemes, Funds Investment, General Accounting and Payroll functions of a typical Pension Fund Administration / Management Organisations..

The package is proprietary to Encompassing Technologies. It is a highly flexible, parameterised and integrated N - tier Application specifically developed to support the service delivery, transaction processing and business management needs of a typical Nigerian Insurance Institution engaged in full Composite business. It supports multi-currency and multi-branch processing in a multi-user and on-line/real-time mode. It allows for interface between the underwriting, claims, reinsurance and fund management modules with the General Ledger. This product comes in both desktop and web versions.

A highly flexible, parameterised and integrated system specially designed to support the processes in non-core business areas. Functions supported include recruitment, payroll processing, evaluation (appraisal) processing, training & skills administration, personnel information management, administration of non-financial related personnel activities [leave, queries, e.t.c], administration of financial related personnel activities [medical, subscription payment, pensions payment, e.t.c], fixed assets management [including expenses & maintenance administration], inventory Management [Consumable] and corporate affairs processing. A software review was carried out to determine the adequacy of available packages for non-core operations. It was discovered that while individual packages exist for some functions [payroll processing, fixed assets, e.t.c], none of the package was able to integrate the disparate functions in the non-core areas. We believe that CorSysTM is the first bold attempt at fully automating the processes of the non-core area. This product comes in both desktop and web versions.
